The Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District, Sen. Lola Ashiru are among the important guests expected to grace the launch of a ₦200 million Endowment Fund by the Esie/Iludun Grammar School Old Students Association (EIGSOSA).
National President of EIGSOSA, Dr. Femi Ogunremi informed vide a press statement that the event will take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at House 12, Onikanga Road, GRA Ilorin, Kwara State, starting at 10:00 am prompt.
According to him, the launch aims to revive the school through sustainable endowment programs that will ultimately create opportunities for future generations of students.
“The theme, ‘Endowment of Hope, Mediation, and Power for an Excellent Legacy: Empowering Generations, Enriching Legacies,’ reflects the association’s commitment to nurturing excellence,” Ogunremi explained.
He also said that distinguished guests expected to attend the launch would be led by the number one citizen of Kwara State, His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, who will be the Special Guest of Honour.
While prominent monarchs are expected to be in attendance, an illustrious member of EIGSOSA and incumbent Senator representing Kwara South Senatorial District, Sen. Lola Ashiru will be the Chief Launcher.
“All old students (home and abroad) and members of the public are cordially invited to attend this significant life changing event,” Ogunremi concluded.
