The Nigerian Army has issued a stern warning to bandits who have been terrorizing the people of Kwara State to leave the State or face certain death. The World Health Organisation (WHO) has reported a decline in the number of African countries with active type 2 poliovirus outbreaks, dropping from 24 to 14 between 2024 and 2025, alongside a 54 per cent reduction in virus detections.
