The Federal Government will soon commence the construction of a Renewed Hope Housing Estate in Kwara State.
This was disclosed on Thursday by the Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Alhaji Ahmed Musa Dangiwa during the official handing over to the Kwara State Government of 132 housing units at the National Housing Programme Estate in Ogbondoroko, Asa Local Government Area.
The Minister, who was represented by the Director, Public Building and Housing in the Ministry, Alhaji Musa Abdullahi, explained that the decision of the federal government to embark on the project was the result of the present administration’s focus on making life better for Nigerians.
“We will soon commence the construction of Renewed Hope Housing Estate in Kwara, as the contract has been awarded and we are now doing formality to start the project.
”So, I want to express our sincere appreciation to the State Government for always being there for us.
”We hope to do more collaboration for positive achievement in future with the state,” Dangiwa said.
